SHIPPING POLICY

We understand that you want our products on your doorstep as soon as possible and so we work day and night to make that possible.

 

We ship almost all of our orders by the next business day to make sure you don't have to wait long. However when you receive your product will depend on where you are located, we ship out of Atlanta, GA so the closer you are to us, the faster you will receive it. 

Below will be a more accurate timeframe for estimated delivery time.

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION:

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. JAZZY LOVE is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

JAZZY LOVE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Once the package is shipped out, please monitor the tracking information so that you are at home when the package is delivered.
